Full Service Itinerary Planning
With my full-service itinerary planning, you’ll receive:
A custom, day-by-day itinerary covering accommodations, activities, dining recommendations, and daily timing.
A personalized consultation to tailor your trip to your preferences.
Research and booking assistance for accommodations, activities, dining, transfers, and other ground transportation. Flights are not booked.
Handpicked experiences, from must-see attractions to hidden gems.
Travel documents, maps, and tips to help your journey run smoothly.
Special-request planning such as private tours, family-friendly options, or romantic experiences within the agreed scope.
Reasonable email or messaging support during your trip for questions related to the provided itinerary.
Reasonable refinements to the agreed itinerary are included before final delivery. New destinations, major additions, rebooking, emergency or after-hours help, and extensive changes may require an additional service fee.
Pricing
1–7 days: $70 per day of travel
8–10 days: $550 flat rate
11–12 days: $650 flat rate
13+ days: $650 + $65 for each additional day after Day 12
Specialized or Complex Itinerary Fee
Starting at $100, based on the number of destinations, transportation requirements, destination research, remote locations, permits, and overall coordination involved.
Any applicable fee will be quoted and approved before planning begins.

Rush Planning Fee
22–28 days before departure: +$100
14–21 days before departure: +$200
Fewer than 14 days before departure: +$300, subject to availability
Rush fees are based on the date planning begins and apply in addition to base planning fees and any applicable complexity fee.

Requests for daily scheduling, booking, concierge support, or major itinerary additions may require an upgrade or additional fee.

10% off the base planning fee
Available to active-duty service members and veterans with verification. The discount applies to the base Full Service or Lite planning fee and does not apply to rush fees, specialized or complex itinerary fees, or third-party travel costs.
